2013 was a challenging year in terms of winemaking but rewarding at the oenological level, with high quality and longevity wines.
The harvest took place in the third week of September. The grapes were harvested by hand, into small 25 kg boxes, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were totally destemmed. They were subjected to the traditional stepping process in a temperature-controlled mill. After transfection, it aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. The wine was bottled without gluing and with filtration in May 2016. To preserve all its qualities this wine has not been stabilized and can naturally create a deposit.
